Varför blir det såhär? Jag som alltid har haft lätt över att gå upp, inga krångel alls. Har jag brist på Järn? B12? Finns en hel drös att testa. Det jobbiga är att nu efter 12 timmas sömn typ så känner jag mig inte ett dugg utvilad, bara mer trött. och imorgon måste jag se till att komma upp vid 8 då jag ska jobba. Lycka till.

MOTHER OF GOD ! This is fucking crazy ! For years I have been a morning person , I've never had a problem with going up when the bell rings .. until now. I go to bed around 23 to 23.45 and set the clock at 08 , the bell rings , I'll check on it, put it off and sleep on. It goes like barely any thoughts through my head that "you should go up ," and now I feel it is a bit worrying that I fall asleep so quickly after the bell rung and wake up late. Like today I woke up at 11:15 !!! Too damn soon to 11:30 and the whole day is gone. The hard part is that I am still tired and could go to bed to sleep some more , like 2 hours .
Why is it like this? I always have been easy to be going up , no hassle at all . Do I have a lack of iron ? B12 ? There's a whole bunch of testing . The hard part is that now after 12 h of sleep, I do not feel the least bit of rested, just more tired. and tomorrow I have to make sure to get up at 8, then I 'll work ..
