Hello there ! Fourth day of super EmmaPaow , aka we are the best in the gym. ( # SuperGeek ) . Today was a mixed workout of Abs / HIIT . Was a little confused at first when we were going , but then it went very well. It was not as much pressure in it as they have been the other days, but sometimes you have to be confused. Tomorrow I have decided that there will be shoulders, this sleek muscle group ! So now Emma if you read this before I can talk to you (which you do) Tomorrow is shoulders and I have not washed my hair ! So you know . For those of you who are wondering how long we can run around and still be effective in the gym, so we tend to land in 90 minutes. Today we drove the 65 minutes because the abs and HIIT is not as lengthy.
